CIA World Factbook 2007 – This important project of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has been around for several decades and includes fairly accurate information about almost every country in the world. Each country entry includes an introduction, and data about the country's geography, people, government, economy, communication, transportation, military and transnational issues (border deputes etc.).
