Tales of future past offers a unique look into the way we used to imagine what the future will be like. One can read predictions written years ago about future cars, future houses, future wars, death rays, life on other worlds, and other subjects. The site takes users on a trip down memory lane that is definitely worth the ride. "There was a romantic innocence about the 20th century's view of the future.  It was a sort of plastic Camelot; in both senses of the term," says David H. Szondy.
